Arched strip profile/Joker Rubber

The arched rubber strip is used in the process of printing and die-cutting. It is a white rubber strip that is cushioned between the die-cutting knife lines and rebounds during die-cutting. It is also called explosion-proof rubber strip. It is used on both sides of the steel knife. High hardness, strong air permeability, good resilience, and excellent aging resistance. Effectively buffer the knife line pressure, with a pressure resistance of up to one million times to avoid paper grabs, prevent line bursts, and reduce paper fluffing and other die-cutting problems.
